Omnivore Supper Club       The combo plate is the most popular dish served here. That's because the customers are omnivores (OM nuh voorz). Omnivores are animals that eat a mixture of plant and animal foods. Some omnivores eat plants most of the time. Some omnivores eat meat most of the time. They make the switch when their favorite foods aren't available, or when they need to eat extra foods for energy. What omnivores eat can also depend on where they are, what time of year it is, or whether they're youngsters or adults. Their bodies also are designed to deal with their diets. They can catch a meal if they have to, but they're not especially fierce. They often have a combination of teeth for tearing meat and chewing plants.
